After working for many years as in-house legal counsel in the construction industry, Shannon started her practice as an independent practitioner in 2023.

 

Shannon is a lawyer but also a strategic partner for her clients. She provides practical legal advice in commercial contract interpretation and negotiation, employment matters, risk management, privacy, construction disputes,  and a host of other legal matters. Shannon's roles include drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, risk assessments, legal research and opinions, and general counsel advising.

Shannon was born and raised in the Calgary area. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Calgary, her Juris Doctor degree at Thompson Rivers University, and was called to the Alberta Bar in 2016.
