Commissioners for oaths can perform the following for documents used within Alberta:

  • administer oaths;

  • take and receive affidavits, affirmations or declarations;

  • attest oaths, affidavits, affirmations or declarations

Notary Public

Notary Publics can perform the following for documents used within Alberta, Canada and internationally:

  • administer oaths;

  • take and attest affidavits, affirmations or declarations;

  • certify and attest a true copy of a document;

  • witness or certify and attest the execution of a document

Pricing

Notary and Commissioning Services

Pricing starts at $50 plus GST.

Additional charges apply for complex or specialized documents.

Mobile and Out-of-Hours Services

I am pleased to offer mobile service as a notary or commissioner.
I can come to you so there is no need to take time away from your business or family.

I can accommodate weekend and evening appointments and may be able to meet on short notice.
